ALL DOGS ARE TO BE DROPPED OFF ON LEAD

We are situated on a 5 acre Farmlet. Our fencing and security is of a very high standard and we have Video Surveillance and Electric Front Gates. Though if your dog becomes injured or sick from running around off lead on our property we cannot be held responsible.

PARKING

Once you have rung 0419 049 364 for individual entry to the Grooming /Play Centre, please park in the Visitor Parking Bays out front of parlour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a heavy demand for this type of Grooming and Farmstay Experience and only limited spaces are available. Your dog is individually cared for one on one. So a FULL FEE for a booked appointment will be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours and No Shows. Your place could have been given to some other Furbaby in need of an appointment.

NO FLEAS

This is a Flea Free Grooming Spa. If we find fleas on your Furbaby you will be charged an additional fee of $25 to disinfect the Dog suite, Spa BATH area , Grooming table ,bedding and equipment that your dog has been exposed to.

THE GROOMING PROCESS

During the groom we will be using very sharp scissors, clipper blades and de-shedding tools etc. We cannot be accountable for your pet moving and jumping around in the process and the rare chance of sustaining injury. All due care will be taken by our experienced groomers. Any costs associated with obtaining Veterinary treatment will be at the expense of the pet owner and their responsibility.
